To participate in fantasy contests and launch match simulations, users must assemble an exact 12-player squad composed of authentic NHL stars across eligible positions (Centers, Wingers, Defensemen, and Goalies). All roster entries are evaluated strictly in accordance with standardized Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) scoring rubrics (Goals: +3.0, Assists: +2.0, Shots: +0.5, Saves: +0.2).

Simulation outcomes are generated purely for entertainment, tactical demonstration, and skill testing. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYARENASPORT.CA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR SIMULATION RESULTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless playarenasport.ca and its corporate officers, representatives, and staff from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal fees, or costs arising out of your violation of these Terms or improper engagement with the Service.
We reserve the unilateral right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate any feature, player roster, or simulation tournament bracket at our discretion without prior notice. We may restrict or ban access to any user found engaging in abusive conduct or violating platform regulations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
